Bayelsa Queens secured an away win in Lafia against Nasarawa Amazons in course of their Match Day Two fixture in the 2021 NWFL Premiership to maintain their perfect start, www.kick442.com reports.

Edo Queens also snatched an away win at Soccer Temple, Agege Stadium, Lagos, to also travel back to Benin with maximum point.

 

Rivers Angels 6-2 Delta Queens
Defending Champions, Rivers Angels earned their first win of the campaign with a resounding 6-2 win against Delta Queens.
Oghenebrume Ikekua scored two goals in the 18th and 20th minutes respectively for Rivers Angels.
Michael Angel scored an own goal in favour of Rivers Angels in the 22nd minute, while three more goals from Maryann Ezenagu,
Deborah Abiodun, and Cecilia Nku propelled Rivers Angels to a 6-2 victory. Dominance Odubanjo and Amarachi Orjinma scored for Delta Queens’ goals.

DreamStar FC Ladies’ captain, Juliet Emereole deflected an effort into her own net for Edo Queens solitary goal in Lagos which enabled the visitors maintain their perfect start to the league.

 

Sunshine Queens 2-0 Confluence Queens
Sunshine Queens of Akure got their first win of the season with a 2-0 win over Confluence Queens. Seun Fakunle scored their first goal in the eighth minute before Goodness Onyebuchi doubled their lead in the 59th minute.

 

Pelican Stars 1-1 Ibom Angels
Uduakobong Peter scored the opening goal for Ibom Angels in the 47th minute before Pelican Stars equalised to force out a draw.

Ogechi Ukwuoma scored a late goal for Pelican Stars as they picked their first point.

 

Nasarawa Amazons 1-2 Bayelsa Queens
Bayelsa Queens maintain their perfect start to the league with a 1-2 away win in Lafia against Nasarawa Amazons.
2018/19 top goal scorer, Anjor Mary scored the opening goal for the visitors in the 24th minute.
Amarachi Okoronkwo equalised for the host in the 55th minute before Joy Bokiri scored the winning goal for Bayelsa Queens in the 90th minute.

 

FC Robo Queens 3-1 Osun Babes
Lagos based FC Robo Queens also joined Edo Queens and Bayelsa Queens in maintaining a perfect start with a 3-1 win against Osun Babes.
Monday Gift scored the first hat-trick of the season for FC Robo Queens.
Agbaji Abibat scored Osun Babes’ goal.

Royal Queens 1-0 Abia Angels
Rosemary Adesina scored the winning goal for the Canadian Geese as they recovered from the opening day 4-1 defeat to Edo Queens.
