Though the football world is currently facing financial challenges due to the outbreak Multiple foreign scouts were spotted at the Ngene Annex Stadium watching the different encounters of the 2020 edition of the 2020 Limbe Youth tournament.
Games of the 17th edition of the international youth tournament were played in front of scouts from
Bastien representive of French Ligue 2 side Toulouse FC and Girard Patrice of Olympique Lyonnais were amongst the multiple scouts spotted by the kick442.com team this Saturday in Ngeme.
Rennes, FC Niort, OGC Nice and FC Porto are also represented.
The event attracting over 15 Clubs of different categories has helped many young talents secure contracts to move abroad.
The likes of Ignatius Ganago, Kunde Malong, Stephane Ewange, Raphael Ulrich Anaba Mbida Nga all came through scouting exercises of the previous editions tournament.
The nine days youth football jamboree will run till Friday, December 18 and in that time the scouts will be present.
In a related development, newly-appointed Under-17 Lions of Cameroon trainer Anicet Mbarga Foe has been watching a number of the games in the tournament.
