Adejoke Ejalonibu scored a 85th-minute header to propel 2019 Aiteo Cup Champions, Nasarawa Amazons to a 2-1 win over 2018-2019 Nigeria Women Premier League, NWPL Super 4 finalist, Confluence Queens at the ongoing Flying Officers Cup, www.kick442.com reports.

Chidiebere Opara had given Nasarawa Amazons the lead in the 61st minute. Her header beats Confluence Queens goalie, Uchenna Chukwu.

Confluence Queens equalised from the penalty spot after Edet Glory was brought down inside the box-18. Arit Usang converts from the spot to level scores.

Ejalonibu Adejoke had the last laugh as her header five minutes from time secured a 2-1 win for the Solid Babes.

Earlier on, Naija Ratels FC thrashed Kaduna Queens 5-0 in the opening game of the Pre-Season Tournament.

The Flying Officers Cup was rechristened from Naija Ratels Pre-Season Championship in honour of the Late Flying Officer, Tolulope Arotile.
