The Under 18 Volleyball Lionesses of Cameroon have accepted a 3 sets to zero defeat to their Chinese counterparts this afternoon in their opening game in the ongoing 2019 FIVB in Ismaila-Egypt.
Cameroon scored less than 20 points in each of the 3 sets as China cruise to victory with a 25-14,25-16,25-12 win in 3 sets.

The victory puts China on the driving seat in Pool A with coach Rose Beleng’s Cameroon team having the duty to come out stronger in their second outing on Friday against host Egypt.
Egypt confronted fellow Group A rivals Puerto Rico in their first game of the competition after the opening ceremony on Thursday evening.
The Cameroon Volleyball federation has recorded unprecedented success with its different national teams in the last few years.
Being in Egypt for the girls U-18 World Cup alone is part of this success giving that it is Cameroon’s first appearance in the competition.
