Cameroon's Under 17 Starting XI Against Uganda, Alioum standing directly in front of the goalkeeper

The Under 17 Lions of Cameroon have played a 1 all Draw on Wednesday afternoon against Simba Under 20 at the Jakaya Park in Dar Es Salaam.

The baby Lions went in front in the first half of the game thanks to a goal from Alioum Moubarak who had also scored 4 days earlier in the Lions last game but his effort wasn’t enough to give hi side the bragging right in the interesting contest played in-front of close to 500 spectators.

Simba SC equalized mid-way into the second segment of the game and kept it tight though Alioum and Ismaila Seidou could have combined to win it late for Cameroon,Simba SC did enough to survive the scare and at full time it was 1 goal for either side.

At full time the coach of Cameroon Thomas Libih expressed his satisfaction about the performance of his team and said it now on his boys to react come Monday when they enter the competition proper.

Cameroon will continue with the CAF designed preparation program for all participating nations in the competition from Thursday while waiting for their first game in the 2019 Under 17 AFCON in Tanzania on Monday.
