NPFL and CHAN Eagles player, Skiru Alimi has agreed a deal to join Tunisian club Stade Tunisien for an undisclosed fee.
Reports say Alimi is the club’s most expensive signing in their history.
This was confirmed by a Tunisia journalist as he stated in his tweet’ ”Very credible sources confirmed that @sikiru16 is the most expensive signing ever..Which definitely means that the next destination of the promising Guy.
Alimi have accepted congratulatory messages on his social media handle to confirm the deal.
Super Sand Eagles Star, Abu Azeez was one of the first persons to confirm the signing of the deal through his tweeter handle.
Alimi, a proven goal scorer, scored four goals in four matches for the Super Eagles B team in the CHAN qualifiers and WAFU Cup.
Alimi has scored five goals this season in thirteen matches and will hope to replicate the form in Tunisia.
Stade Tunisien play in the top flight league are four time champions of the league and two times champions of the league cup.
The club finished 9th in the league in the 2018/2019 season and have appeared in the CAF confederation cup two times.
