UMS of Loum have parted company with coach Albert Charlemagne Mbongo after just 8 weeks in charge of the club.
The current Champions of Cameroon appointed the former Bamboutos FC, Astres of Douala, Colombe Dja boss as their boss on the 27th of July this year as replacement for 2019 title winner Laurent George Djam but both parties have terminated their contract after just 2 games in charge.
Coach Charlemagne Mbongo Managed the club in the home and away CAF Champions League games against Association Sportive Vita Club in which UMS suffered a 1 nil defeat on aggregate.
UMS is believed to be in the market for a new coach ahead of their first game of the season against Stade Renard of Melong on the 13th of October.
kick442.com understands former gaffers Anicet Mbarga Foe and Dieudonne Nke are amongst coaches the club is keen on acquiring.
Created in 2011 and promoted to the top flight 3 years later, George Laurent Djam is the only man to have been coach of UMS of Loum for a full season since they became a topflight club.
The club is expected to resume training on the 2nd of October 2019.
