Santos SA, Rangers FC Bafut have eliminated last season unfortunate representatives of the North West region, SIMAF FA Mbengwi and Universal Soccer Academy.
Santos saw off SIMAF after post match penalties while Universal Soccer Academy lost to Rangers FC Bafut in a five goal thriller.

Bang Bullet, Rainbow FC, Bafmeng United, Santos FC, Rangers FC, and Vision Sports have qualified for the third and last round of qualifiers in the North West region.
The draw will take place this Friday March 19, 2021, at the FECAFOOT North West secretariat in Bamenda with matches to be played on Sunday March 21, 2021.
