The head coach of the indomitable lions of Cameroon Antonio Conceição, has made known his final list of 27 Players, to represent the country in their upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Malawi and Ivory Coast.
Cameroon will take on Malawi on 11 November in Johannesburg, before hosting Ivory Coast at the Japoma stadium five days later (November 16), in what will be the decisive game in group D of the world cup qualifiers.
Five players from the initial squad have been dropped, amongst whom are goalkeeper Junior Narcisse Nlend of cotonsport, who has been out of club duty for about three months now.

AS Saint Etienne’s midfielder Yvan Neyou, sustained an injury with his french outfit over the weekend, making the decision easier for Conceição.

APEJES’ defender, Samuel Kotto and FAR of Rabat’s forward, Gueme Ariana, have also been left out, just like Paul Georges Ntep.

Despite being out for some weeks now with his club Bayern Munich, Eric Maxime Choupo Moting has been retained in the final squad, as he nears full return to fitness.
