Menghze Alain Sifor and Brilliant Awahmukala scored a goal each on either half as Foncha Street FC picks up their first win of the season.
The boys of coach Njiki Simplice started the match without team captain, Germaine Nganji who was out because of an injury as Acha Aristide Ngwa started at right back.
The first quarter of the match saw a Foncha Street FC team that dominated with Jude Kongyuy, Awalu Sale, Bertrand Tata, Fontem Jerome created chances for Foncha Street FC.
Aigle Royale of the Menoua then came into the match with Arnold Tadzo mesmerizing the midfield area with his control.
Romeo Mbele came close to scoring but his shot was saved by goalkeeper Ishaga Berinyuy Shang.
At the 40th minute of play, Menghze Alain Sifor of Foncha Street FC came one on one with goalkeeper Eugene Esome but failed to give his side the lead.
Two minutes later from a corner kick delivered by Nsameli Muna, Menghze Alain Sifor diverted the ball from close range to give Foncha Street FC the lead.
Upon resumption of the second half, Foncha Street FC continued to mount pressure on the defenders of Aigle Royale of the Menoua. The pressure paid off four minutes into the second half as Awalu Sale delivered a perfect cross that was headed into the net by Brilliant Awahmukala.
All pressure from Aigle to come back into the match was well dealt with by the experience of Akosemoh Theodore combined with the youthfulness of Abong Ivan.
The two nil victory of Foncha Street FC is their first of the season and takes their point tally to six points.
