Foncha Street FC have picked up a point at home to Leopard Sportif of Douala this Saturday in Bamenda.
The host went into the match missing their lead scorer Brilliant Awahmukala because of injury.
Nsameli Muna, Jude Kongyuy and Kamdem Brice troubled the defense line of Leopard Sportif in the opening quarter of the match but failed to take the lead.
Seini Hamit and Thierry Sama Tandjong troubled the defense of Foncha Street FC with the latter coming close to scoring.
At the 40th minute of play, Jude Kongyuy had a glaring chance to score but his header was well saved by goalkeeper Emmanuel Kayode as the first half ended on a virgin all tie.
Five minutes into the second half, Jude Kongyuy played a through ball to Menghze Alain Sifor and the resulting shot went inches of target.
At the 74th and 76th minutes of play from two different corner kicks, Tata Bertrand and Kamdem Brice’s header all went inches off target.
All dominance and control of the match by Foncha Street FC yielded no fruits as Leopard Sportif of Douala made sure no goal was scored.
