Njiki Simplice, coach of Foncha Street FC of Bamenda, Cameroon, says he is confident his team while bounce back after playing a disappointing one all draw in their opening match of the league two championship against OFTA Kribi played Saturday March 6, 2021.
“We didn’t really play well, we lacked the rythm because we are coming back from a very long break and we had some players who are new”.
“We conceded a goal from the penalty spot and also scored from there, this shows that the team spirit is there and we will continue to fight to win our next matches”, coach Njiki Simplice told kick442.com.
Despite the draw, the coach believes that the moral of the team remains in tact and they will continue to fight in the other matches.
Foncha Street FC travels to Bertoua on match day two to take on Stade FC Bertoua and the coach says “we will go there to fight and get the results”.
