18_year_old Cameroon Defender, Claudia Voulania Dabda, has completed a move to Belarusian Women’s Championship side Dinamo Minsk.
Dinamo Minsk will be challenging for Belarusian top-flight alongside big names like FC Minsk, and have added fresh blood into their squad ahead of their seasons opener on Thursday April 30, 2020, against ABFF U19.
According to Goal.com, Claudia Dabda has penned a one year deal, and arrived at the same time as experienced Burkinabè forward, Salimata Simpore.
This is the first professional contract for the center back, who will turn 19 years on July 01, 2020. The former AS Diamare defender will have huge competition from the likes of Kazakevich, Novikova, Popova, Shakhray and Slesarchik in cementing her place in Dinamo’s defense.
Claudia Dabda has represented Cameroon’s U17 lionesses in two world cups, 2016 in Jordan and 2018 in Uruguay. She is also a silver medalist at the last All African games in Morocco 2019, with Cameroon.
The full Cameroon international was very involved in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic qualifiers with the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon.
