PWD Social club of Bamenda has humbled APEJES of Mfou 5#1, in a day 15 game of the Cameroon league one championship played at YOSA center in Mile six Nkwen.

A goal tasty PWD came into the game with the intention to keep the pressure on league leaders Cotonsport. A calm start to the game was quickly followed by quick attacking moves from PWD, with Mbah Louiz seeing his early shot deflect off the cross bar. In one of such moves, Mael Dindjeke was brought down in APEJES’ box to earn PWD a Penalty which Leon Boyomo converted to put PWD one goal up.

APEJES initiated several counter moves in an attempt to put the game on a parity, but Nde Collins would intercept a ball from the midfield, and find Malachi Nfor, who played the ball to Leon Boyomo, who calmly slotted it to put PWD two goals up before the break.

Coach Ndongo Emma Jean of APEJES brought in Yerima Issa to replace Roussel Fanche, as he tried to add more stability in his midfield. But just over an hour gone into the game, Leon Boyomo imposed his physic on APEJES defense, before his pass met an on running Mael Dindjeke, who smashed it home for 3#0 advantage PWD.

More substitutions for APEJES, saw the likes of Martial Omgba Essomba and Felix Djoubairou taking the place of Frederick Etoum Bang and Joel Emmanuel Kofana respectively. The substitutions brought little impact in the APEJES squad and it was Malachi Nfor who burst from nowhere to turn a loose ball pass goal Dande Junior, for 4#0 for PWD.

APEJES pulled one goal back from a corner kick headed home by Pauline Banda. Just when APEJES thought they were in command of the game, Nchindo John Bosco pulled a moment of magic from the left hand side of PWD’s attack, and served Boyomo with a perfect pass, as the latter rounded off his hat trick.

Coach David Pagou made two late substitutions, with Ahudu Lukong and Mbah Louiz ceding their places to Maxwell Cho and Neloh Kevin respectively.
