PWD Social club of Bamenda, has beaten Dragon Sportive of Yaoundé 3#2, in a thrilling day nine encounter of the Cameroon league one championship.

Home side Dragon came into the game highly motivated, following their 1#0 away win against Cotonsport in Garoua on match day. But a purposeful PWD side made their intentions clear, with a dominant performance in the opening quarter of the game, which resulted to Ahudu Lukong opening scores at the 11th minute of the game, after he looped the ball pass goalkeeper Yindui Amido Mohammed, before calmly slotting it to the back of the net.

Coach François Ngoumou of Dragon was forced to an early substitution within the opening 15 minutes, as he brought in Hadama Habdouraman to replace Ulrich Eyike. Great forward movements from John Paul Nzo Ngong and Ahudu Lukong, animated play, but the latter was always caught in the off side trap.

An exceptional Bin Adolf Enow Nkembe, fired two goals in quick succession at the 39th and 40th minutes to overturn the scoreline in favour of the Cha Cha Cha boys, as they led 2#1 at half time.

The Abakwa boys returned for the second segment with fresh instructions from Coach David Pagou, as the tactician again swap Njang Romeo to the right back, where he initially started the game.

The moment of magic came when a series of inter positional play from PWD, saw the ball ending up with U23 lions midfielder, Mbah Louiz who fired home, to draw the game on a parity.

Coach David Pagou brought in Leon Boyomo in the place of Neloh Kevin, while Nchindo John Bosco inherited the place of Ade Mienolf in the middle of the park.

PWD kept the pressure and Ahudu Lukong initiated a great counter attacking move, which he finished up to put the scores at 3#2 advantage PWD.

With PWD having a one goal advantage, Coach Pagou played his last joker, as he tactical took off double goal scorer Ahudu Lukong, and replaced him with midfielder, Christian Mvogo. He also diverted into a back four formation, with Nde Collins falling back to partner Burinyuy Derrick at center back, while Boung Joel played at left back and Njang Romeo at the right.

At full time, the Abakwa boys snatched all three points, and are now focused on their next match in Bamenda, against Bamboutos of Mbouda.
