PWD social club of Bamenda has recorded their fifth victory of the season, following a 3#0 away win over Feutcheu FC of Bandjoun at the Bafoussam Omnisport stadium.

Feutcheu was fresh from a 3#nil bashing of UMS on match day 11 of the championship and came into the game with high expectations, but the Abakwa boys were too strong and too powerful for them.

Both sides had a quiet first segment with an end to end contest, but went to the dressing rooms tied zero all at half time.

With much energy in a midfield with the likes of Nde Collins, Mbah Louiz and Nchindo John Bosco, PWD set the agenda in the second segment, and Feutcheu would had a player sent off at 75th minute for a fault on wander boy Nchindo John Bosco, as Leon Boyomo beat goalkeeper Eric Sodea from the penalty spot at the 76th minutes to put the Abakwa boys on the front foot.

Already on a yellow collected earlier in the game, Boyomo picked another booking after appearing to have elbow his opponent is an airborne duel. The two sides were reduced to 10 men, but it was going to be a huge last 15 minutes for Feutcheu, as Nchinda John Bosco fired in the second goal for PWD, before substitute Mael Dindjike rounded things up with a fine finish late in the game, as PWD carried the day 3#0.

Nchindo John Bosco was outstanding throughout, as he scored one and assisted one, while PWD continued their run of four games without conceding a goal.

Goalkeeper Rodriguez Zame also kept his fifth clean sheet of the season, as the Abakwa boys break into the top five of the league’s table.

It was yet another perfect outing for Coach David Pagou and his boys, as they prepare to welcome Panthere sportive of Nde in Bamenda on Wednesday, for a delayed day two game.
