The Volleyball Lions of Cameroon have beaten Morocco 3 sets to zero,to maintain their unbeaten run in the ongoing African men’s volleyball Championship in Tunisia.

Blaise Mayam and his boys were at the top of their game again this Thursday, seeing off Morocco in an easy ride. The lions picked the first set 25-16, and got the second and third sets 25_23.

The result means that Cameroon has won all their four outings in the competition, after previous wins over Burundi, Egypt and Congo, with a similar 3#0 score in all the games. Out of 12 sets played, Cameroon has won all 12, thereby finishing top of their group with 12 points.

Ahmed Awal Mbutngam and his teammates will this Friday take on Algeria, who finished second in their group, behind host Tunisia,at the El Menzah Sports Palace in Tunis, while host Tunisia and Egypt will face off in the other semi final game. The volleyball lions of Cameroon who are on the same footing like the lionesses did in Egypt, will be hunting for their third continental glory in that category.
