FECAFOOT have announced through its Official website that Reims midfieder,Tristan Dingome,28 has picked up an injury which will keep him out of the 2019 AFCON tournament in Egypt.

The French born Cameroonian Midfielder has been in camp with his National team colleagues in Spain after he was invited for the first time by current Lions head coach Clarence Seedorf but is now set to meet the upcoming African football party.

There is no official communication on the precise nature of his injury but fecafootofficial says the talented creative midfieder have been excused by head coach Clarence Seedorf.

Seedorf is now left with 35 Lions in camp in Spain while waiting for Christian Bassogog who is still with Hernan Jianye.

Cameroon will face Guinea Bissau,Benin and Ghana when the AFCON gets underway on June 21st Egypt.
