Louves Minproff of Yaounde has beaten Amazone FAP 2#0, in a title decider in the 2019 Cameroon Women’s Football Championship.
The two sides had in their ranks five players just fresh from the Women’s World Cup with the indomitable lionesses. Thรฉrรจse Ninon Abena, Charlรจne Meyong for Louves Minproff, and Ngo Mbelleck, Michelle Akaba, Ysis Sonkeng, and Ngo ndom on the side of FAP.

First half goals from Moussa Zouwairatou and Charlene Meyong Menene put Louves on the way to their fifth League title. Zouwairatou Moussa opened scores at the 10th minute of the game, in a fine individual move through which got Annette Ngo Ndom beaten.
15 minutes into the game, Eleane Aimee Bibout nearly levelled scores, but her shot went centimeters away from Ngo Esse’s goal. Five minutes later (20th minutes), Charlene Meyong Menene scored the second for Louves Minproff, with a beautiful strike from the center of the box, from a Zouwairatou Moussa’s cross.
Two minutes later, a defensive mixed up and a misjudged outing from Annette Flores Ngo Ndom, almost gifted Louves their third, only for the ball to be cleared on the goal line by Henriette Monkam.
Annette Ngo Ndom and teammates failed to stage comeback in the second segment, with the introduction of Ghislaine Nkou and Raissa Brenye creating little impact for coach Samuelย Noussongo.

Both Louves and FAP finished the Championship that was played in two pools, at the top of their respective pools with 23 points each, and needed a playoff game to decide the Champions. The victory means Louves Minproff has completed a domestic double this season, after winning the Cameroon. This is the fifth League title for Louves Minproff, after they previously won in de 2011, 2012, 2015 and 2018.

In a relegation playoff game that was played earlier, Panthere security defeated Social Filles du mbam 5#3 on penalties after the game ended zero all. Social Filles du Mbam, therefore joins AS Green City and Maranatha FC, as relegated teams.

The game was watched by close to 500 fans who turned out at the FECAFOOT Technical Center in Odza, with the notable present of Indomitable Lioness, Raissa Feudjio.
