- Nchindo cletus scored his first goal for PWD

PWD Social Football club of Bamenda has beaten Renaissance of Ngoumou 3#0, in the opening game of the second edition of the Yaoundé international solidarity tournament.
Youngster Norbert Nji, put the Abakwa Boys in front with just over 20 minutes into the game, before newly signed midfielder Nchindo cletus, extended the lead, as the Abakwa Boys led two nil at half time.
Chem Herbert further punished Renaissance in the second segment, as the Cameroon cup finalist secure all three points in the competition’s opener.
Coach David Pagou opted for young players and newly recruits in the game against Renaissance, with Only Malachi Nfor who captained the team, being the only senior player to feature in the game.
Boung Joel Ondoa, Ndeh Collins, Vincent Paul Ngondi, Ngwang Brian, Moluh Mohamed, Kouah Dicka, Brilliant Awamukala and other senior squad members watched from the stands, as the youngsters outsmarted Renaissance of coach Anicet Koung.
Young goalkeeper Ekong Pierre, impressed at goal, while others like Nchindo cletus, Norbert Nji, made a big statement of intent.
PWD now temporarily tops Group A of the competition, and will be back in action on Saturday, against Dragon of Yaoundé.

The international Solidarity tournament, is a preseason tournament, and will greatly help the Abakwa Boys in their preparations for the Cameroon cup finals, whose date is yet to be announced.
