Our sources within the team have disclosed that the first training camp that begins on Wednesday, will be exclusively for “New and Talented players who intend to feature with the Abakwa Boys for the 2019/2020 football season“. The old players who were part of the team in the just ended season, will later link up with those that will be retained from the first training camp.
PWD narrowly escaped relegation last term and are determined to avoid a repeat of last year’s errors. The team is expected to be very active in the transfer market and kick442.com understands that they are prioritizing singing a Goalkeeper, with Julius Atengong highly solicited by other League one clubs. The team will also be in the market for natural left back, Right back, central defender, and most especially a striker and wingers.
