Kick442.com understands that Cameroon League one side Colombe Sportive of the Dja and Lobo, has shown interest in the services of PWD’s shot stopper, Julius Atengong.

Colombe narrowly escaped the relegation Playoffs last season, haven suffered many howlers in their goalkeeping compartment. Officials of the South regional club, have now identified PWD’s Julius Atengong, as the man who can help them in that Compartment.

The young goalkeeper, who is in his fourth season with the Bamenda outfit, played 16 of his sides 23 games in all competitions in the just ended season, keeping seven clean sheets. His excellent reading of the game, and ball distribution, was key to PWD narrowly escaping the relegation trap.

Kick442.com also understands that Julius Atengong still has a contract with the ABAKWA Boys and club officials are bend on keeping one of their best players.

Our findings have revealed that PWD is only willing to let the shot stopper go, if Colombe meet up his release clause which the club estimates at about 2 millions FCFA. Colombe has reportedly had an early offer of 500,000FCFA rejected, and will have to put forth an improve offer, if they want to get the safe hands. Our findings suggest that Colombe has also shown interest Julius’ teammate, Mbah Louis, but PWD officials have declared the U23 lions Midfielder is going nowhere.
