Three players of the entire DR Congo delegation have tested positive to the Covid-19 pandemic and will miss the quarter final fixture against the intermediate Lions of Cameroon schedule for this Saturday January 30, 2021 at the Japoma sports complex.
This came after a counter expertise and fresh tests for Covid-19 was conducted on the entire DR Congo delegation.
As at results for last night, 13 DR Congo players were tested positive for Covid-19.
DR Congo, winners of Group B in the ongoing Total African Nations Championship will take on Group A runners up, Cameroon at 8pm Cameroon time at the Japoma sports complex in Douala in the second quarter final fixture of the competition.
